Courtney is the Director of Business Relations at creative agency 72andSunny, where she spearheads the transition of the global org to a value-based pricing model through procedural changes, internal training and partnership with client procurement teams.
She has 19 years of industry experience, including over a decade in account management at 72, Venables, Bell & Partners, BBDO NY and Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where she shepherded culturally impactful work for brands including Snickers, VW, MINI, HBO and Google. Since joining 72andSunny, she’s forged a unique career path that includes tenure on the agency’s finance, business development and operations teams. She brings these cross-functional POVs to her role, working across disciplines and offices to develop and implement operational business solutions.
She lives in LA with her husband and daughter, where she tries her hand at blackwork embroidery and enjoys impromptu family “Lego Master” competitions.
