As Brownstein’s Managing Director, Erin’s mission is to support the agency’s ability to deliver on its purpose of building Unstoppable Brands and helping clients secure their brands’ longevity. She sets the strategic growth strategies, guides the brand and communication platform and oversees the various specialties, ensuring that the agency’s clients are served and its people are supported in accordance with the agency’s core values.
In this role, Allsman has spearheaded a re-branding and thought leadership platform, supported several workplace improvement initiatives, built a robust communications program, integrated the firm into the Worldwide Partners global network and led the agency to its first recognition as an Ad Age Small Agency of the Year. She also spent ten years as Brownstein’s head of Public Relations and Social Media, and has worked on dozens of notable brands, including IKEA, GORE-TEX®, The GIANT Company, NJM Insurance, DuPont and La Colombe, and Philadelphia-based retailers and entertainment venues such the Philadelphia Auto Show, LEGOLAND® Discovery Center and Mitchell & Ness Nostalgia Co.
Erin has been featured in PRWeek, PR News, Forbes and AdWeek, among others. Earlier in her career Erin held PR positions in the interactive marketing, sports apparel, financial services and commercial building industries. Erin holds a BA in English from Dickinson College, an MA in Communication from the University of Delaware, is formally accredited in the public relations field and has completed the 4As Executive Leadership Program.
