Kate Sirkin is a recognized leader with more than 30 years of experience working with the world’s biggest brands to better understand and engage their customers. As executive vice president of global data partnerships at Epsilon, Kate leads a team responsible for the identification and creation of unique and actionable datasets and data products that are used within Epsilon PeopleCloud, Epsilon’s connect marketing platform for growing, enriching and activating clients’ first-party data. Kate works with clients to define, collect and organize their zero and first-party data, and identify partnership opportunities that help to create a complete view of each customer with the addition of second and third-party data. By creating a more complete picture of each individual, clients are better able to craft more relevant, personalized experiences that reach customers at the moments they are most likely to engage. During her tenure at Publicis Groupe, she has spearheaded research initiatives that have helped to expand the field of communications research, from early investments in brainwave monitoring to evaluate impact on attention levels and eye tracking in pursuit of optimal OOH context, to single source analysis and fusion. Kate is regularly asked to speak at industry events including Advertising Week, SXSW and various ANA conferences, and has been quoted in Ad Age, Adweek, The New York Time and Wall Street Journal on topics ranging from the use of first-party data to media measurement.
