Lauren started her advertising career at the global advertising agency VMLY&R and spent 11 years managing client relationships and supporting business development efforts for Fortune 500 brands, such as Colgate-Palmolive, Gatorade, Bayer, Wendy’s, Sprint, Ford, and New Balance. She then spent two years as the VP of Growth & Development at GlynnDevins, now rebranded Attane, to expand the growth strategies and client engagement models as the senior living-focused agency transitioned from founder ownership to private equity.
Lauren joined Bailey Lauerman in 2018 to continue to build the agency’s national profile, lead new business efforts and identify organic growth opportunities with existing client partners. With 17 years of marketing and advertising experience across brands large and small, she seeks to build respectful partnerships with collaborative clients that have an appetite for thoughtful category disruption. Lauren serves as a member of Bailey Lauerman’s leadership team and is also a Board Member for the American Advertising Federation of Nebraska.
