Lindsey McNabb-Hover is FIG’s Executive Director, Brand & Partnerships. As part of her role, Lindsey leads new business and marketing communications for the agency.
Since joining FIG in 2021, she has strengthened the brand, driven integrated growth opportunities, and welcomed an array of iconic brands into the portfolio. She thrives in complexity and enjoys creating bespoke solutions for business needs. Under her leadership FIG has been named to Ad Age’s Agency A-List and they’ve welcomed MOMA and Illumina as new clients.
Lindsey joined FIG from dentsu, where she led US business development for both dentsuMB and 360i. Prior to dentsu, she worked as the Director of Business Development at Droga5; under her care the agency experienced unprecedented growth, partnering with brands such as IHop, CoverGirl, Tourism of Australia, Christies, Nordstrom and HBO hit show Game Of Thrones. Prior to Droga5, Lindsey was employed by TBWA where she worked with iconic brands such as Nissan, Jameson and Kahlua.
Lindsey lives in New Jersey with her husband, daughter Rory, and rescue mut, Mr. Gibson.
