Lourdes brings more than 20 years of experience partnering with clients to reach diverse audiences. She has worked with a variety of brands across insurance, financial, health care, grocery, and banking categories.
As a self-proclaimed culture enthusiast, Lourdes helps build campaigns and experiences that help align clients to the values and needs of our communities. She has developed communications and business plans for national and new market launches for brands such as H&R Block, Allstate Insurance, SuperValu and Wells Fargo.
She currently leads the Client Services department ensuring an environment of inclusiveness, accountability and responsiveness to achieve integrated campaigns born of deep consumer insights and relevant messaging.
Lourdes also sits on the board of SWIRLS for Girls, a non-profit organization focused on bringing young ladies of color together to support and inspire each other through culturally diverse and interactive education, mentorship, friendship and activities.
Born in Spain and raised in Newark, NJ by Cuban parents, diversity has always been imperative. She spends her early mornings at the gym lifting “heavy things,” and during the weekends you’ll find her either on the basketball court watching her son play or on the hunt for a new pair of sneakers.
