Stephanie Antonelli has been with VMLY&R for over 10 years in the Kansas City office. Within the last year, Stephanie has become the Agency's first Group Director, North American Organic Growth. In this role, Stephanie is responsible for setting the strategic vision and supporting in the execution of new operating models, capability development, and offering refinement that will lead to net new revenue for existing clients. As Group Director of Client Engagement at VMLY&R, Stephanie led and managed strategic enterprise relationships and partnerships, interfacing between executive client stakeholders and internal teams of 100+ to manage overall program deliverables, scope, strategy, and growth. Stephanie has specialized experience in Enterprise Brand and Digital Transformation and loves to help clients advance their businesses through customer-focused experiences and operating models. She has worked on a wide span of clients across multiple verticals with scopes centered on enterprise-level platform implementation and management, Customer Experience, global campaign development and go-to-market planning, full-stack technology strategy and development, and CRM. In her free time, Stephanie loves to enjoy a good book or glass of wine, find new restaurants, explore new cities but most importantly - spend time with her husband and more adorable by the minute two-year-old son.
