The Martin Agency
Tasha Dean
Chief Revenue Officer
Tasha’s a human springboard. She never backs down and always finds a way — and you can’t help but want to do the unimaginable with her. As Martin’s first Chief Revenue Officer, Tasha is responsible for reinventing how Martin gets paid for its intellectual property and is charged with evaluating strategic initiatives that will grow the agency both financially and creatively. Tasha firmly believes creativity is an intellectual resource and that agencies must look at the value of creativity not only from the financial side of things, but also from the perspective of what benefits our clients.
Prior to being named CRO in late 2022, Tasha was EVP/Head of Production where her fingerprints and tenacity were etched into how Martin created content at the speed of culture in partnership with SuperJoy — a 360 creative playground for all sorts of makers and bright minds. During her time as Head of Production, Tasha led the agency’s 50/50 Initiative, Martin’s commitment to hiring a minimum of 50% creative talent from underrepresented groups with regard to gender, race, ethnicity, ability and sexual orientation for all video content production. In 2022, the first year of the commitment, Martin exceeded our ambition by producing 64% of our video content with underrepresented creative talent.
Her client roster over the years includes global brands such as GEICO, UPS, DoorDash, Nissan, Visa, Apple, Gatorade, McDonald’s, Old Navy and Accenture. She has also received accolades from Cannes Lions, The One Show, Webbys, Clios, ADDYs and the London International Awards.

The Martin Agency: Inventing New IP & Revenue Streams
May 16, 2023 | 1:00 pm
Since Covid, people have become more purposeful and focused on the work they want to do. At Martin, they encourage their people to do just that, “Come do the best work of your life, work you can be proud of.”
At the same time, they’ve always supported people to explore their passions, creative outlets, and even outside projects. Little did they know this would lead to launching a new division, inventing new creative IP, creating new compensation opportunities – and developing a new role to drive it all forward, with Tasha Dean as Chief Revenue Officer.
In this session, Tasha and Danny will walk through how supporting their people sparked radical new innovations for the agency. In particular, they’ll reveal the launch of their new children’s book, television, and feature film series – and Martin Entertainment.
