Biography

Tim Williams is the founder of Ignition Consulting Group (www.ignitiongroup.com), a U.S.-based consultancy that helps agencies create and capture more value. Tim has led successful pricing programs for both multinational networks as well as mid-size independents, and is currently working with firms on both sizes of the Atlantic to help inspire different and more effective approaches to agency compensation.

In his role as consultant and teacher, Tim has authored two books, numerous articles for publications like, Advertising Age, Adweek and Campaign and has been interviewed by The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, The Economist, The Guardian, and National Public Radio and many others. Tim’s seminars and keynote presentations have taken him literally around the world, including North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
