Trevor and the Butchershop crew operate from the belief that failure stems from lack of clarity. This process has resulted in the Beat Failure™ methodology, helping guide Butchershop over the past 18 months to: acquire digital powerhouse Maniak, open an office in Vienna, Austria to better serve the DACH market, announce its venture group, Imaginedby®, increase headcount by 275%, and introduce several new Associate Partners. These growth metrics are underscored by the companies’ most successful year to date in 2021, while tracking toward another record-breaking year in 2022 and eyeing further expansion in the LATAM and APAC markets.
The agency is also working toward greater parity in diversity, equity and inclusion and has launched programs like Equity for Equality (E2) which raises funds for arts and education in the BIPOC community with over $250k raised and dispersed to date and the launch of the Priio, a self-service SaaS platform that helps other agencies and their clients Beat Failure™ while emphasizing diverse voices in the decision-making process.
