This group will look at what agency management can do to help their teams better understand – and be more accountable for – the profitability of their accounts. As leadership expectations for growth continue to increase, do agency teams have the access and resources they need to deliver on those expectations? How much transparency into agency finance is needed (and how much is too much)? We’ll discuss the role/accountability of agency finance leads, the expectations leadership should set with teams, operating structures that are working to drive growth, and more.

Discussion Format:
These special one-hour interactive sessions provide the rare opportunity to connect with a group of 15 - 20 industry peers. Focused on a critical industry topic, you’ll be able to share your thoughts, ask questions, and learn from others. All are moderated by a subject matter expert and open to in-person and virtual attendees.

The premise is that collective learning from a group of sharp minds will improve the performance of everyone.
