Amit Mackar

Amit Mackar got his degree in engineering, ditched it, and spent 12 years in brand management, working as a “client”. He started his career at Procter & Gamble, working on Crest Whitestrips and Swiffer. He moved to Danone where he launched Oikos Greek Yogurt, growing the brand to $750MM in revenue in 5 years. He’s led 2 Super Bowl ads (Stamos!) and created a partnership with the NFL. He left Danone in 2017 as a Senior Marketing Director.

During his 12 years in CPG, Amit mastered brand positioning, communication & architecture development, P&L ownership, and more. Amit left CPG, growing tired of agencies not adapting to the needs of brands: transparency, higher output with lower overhead, and more than a singular agency discipline. Amit brings his brand management experience and agency perspective to every partnership, helping clients feel they can talk “CMO to CMO.”
