Over the past 23 years, Anthony has built six companies, sold four of them, and taken two companies public on the Canadian Stock Exchange. He’s worked with executive leaders in 17 countries, spoken at events around the world, and his second book – The Agency Secret – just became an international bestseller in Canada, the US, Australia, and Germany.
Although an agency veteran, Anthony’s unique perspective was born and bred in his 9 years spent client-side – where he researched, evaluated, and was pitched to by hundreds of agencies – developing an expertise in what clients truly look for when selecting an agency partner.
He then defected back to the agency side (with his inside information) where he proceeded to close over $43 million in agency new business in just five years. He’s been jokingly referred to as “The Canadian Don Draper” and today – Anthony works with agency principals to help them systemize repeatable growth.
Anthony believes growth is pointless if it’s not profitable; helping agency leaders develop the deeper foundations, strategies, and systems that fuel consistent and profitable growth.
