Conrad Persons

President
Conrad began his career as a WPP Fellow with roles in New York, London, and Tokyo. He then co-founded and led Mash, an influential strategy agency based in London, which rapidly expanded with a second studio in New York. Mash invented brands, products, and services for an enviable list of clients including blue-chip behemoths (Pepsi, Samsung) and digitally native businesses (Lyst, Uber, Wise). Mash was acquired by WPP in 2018. After serving as Global Strategist at WPP, Conrad became President of Grey London, where he currently leads the studio focused on creating famously effective ideas for clients such as Volvo, Pringles and Vodafone. A business-and-people-first leader who takes pride in building a healthy commercial organisation and strong culture, Conrad also serves as a mentor to many in the industry, and has recently founded a scholarship in the U.S. to make education more accessible to under-represented groups.

Fuel Your Creativity with Inclusion

May 8, 2024 | 12:45 pm
This panel will address the role that diversity and inclusion bring to agency cultures – as well as the tangible business benefits. By challenging homogeneous thinking, we can blow our imagination and creativity wide open. When tapping into more culturally diverse insights, work can come to life that is more interesting, authentic, and impactful.

Amidst the attacks and misinformation around diversity, equity, and inclusion, now is not the time to deprioritize your agency’s commitment to building diverse teams and fostering inclusive environments where everyone can thrive. It’s more than the right thing to do; it’s good for business.
