Jacqueline "Jacq" Steele is the Global Chief Growth Officer for Wieden+Kennedy. A Wieden vet of 13 years, Jacq’s been a new business leader since 2014, helping expand the agency’s client roster with iconic brands, including Allstate, Ancestry, Bud Light, DoorDash, Duracell, Equinox, FanDuel, Ford, Google, HBO, Hennessy, Impossible, Kraft-Heinz, Lyft, McDonald's, OkCupid, Skims, Spotify, Sprite, Team USA and Vitaminwater. Prior to entering the world of new biz, Jacq worked in account services on brands such as Ford Motor Company, Rolex, Heineken, Equinox and One Kings Lane. Jacq is the recipient of the Campaign US New Business Development Team of the Year Award, recognized as a "Jacq-of-all-trades," who closely embodies the confident ethos of the independent agency. She was born and raised in Michigan and currently lives in New York, where she is also account manager, strategist, project manager, stylist, photographer and creative director (read: mom) to two young Steeles, her sons JJ and Hank.
