Joining Kobie, a global loyalty marketing company, as President in 2019, Marti brings more than 25 years of loyalty experience across Payments, Retail, FI, Travel, Hospitality and Automotive industries. Leading Kobie’s growth strategy, organizational development and operational excellence, Marti drives the business to reach new heights with an interpersonal leadership style that has helped build an award-winning culture and client portfolio filled with iconic brands.

With a passion for loyalty, Marti was the Group Head of Products and Platforms for Loyalty Solutions at Mastercard prior to her current role at Kobie. While there, she led a global and regional team responsible for the long-term strategy and technical delivery of all Mastercard Loyalty Assets. Throughout her career, she has helped run many of the top 10 credit card issuer programs including CapitalOne, Wells Fargo and Bank of America, in addition to founding a for-profit loyalty platform that generated millions in charitable donations to local causes.

First becoming president of a company at age 31, Marti’s acumen has been pivotal at Kobie, leading the company to a significant revenue and earnings growth while increasing teammate engagement scores by 25%. Hailing from the Northeast and now a Florida resident, she has held multiple board positions, is a Forbes Council Member, and has been nominated as Businesswoman of the Year, was a 40-under-40 recipient, and Entrepreneur of the Year.
