Robin Bonn is the CEO of Co:definery, a specialist agency advisory firm.
Combining consulting sprints and executive coaching, Co:definery helps agencies create their own 'market of one' - enabling CEOs and Founders to consistently stand out, command a premium, attract the best talent and thrive in their roles.
Co:definery has worked with many of the world’s best known agencies - from indies like AnalogFolk, Amplify, Stink Studios and MSQ, to network agencies including DDB, UM, McCann and MullenLowe.
Robin is also a Marketing Week columnist, the co-chair of the British Interactive Media Association’s Future Growth Council and a mentor for SheSays, supporting women and non-binary people in the creative industries.
Prior to launching Co:definery in 2016, he spent nearly 20 years in agency growth roles, from start-ups to global networks. He’s also a former member of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising’s New Business Group and the Direct Marketing Association’s Agencies’ Council.
